Grace Residency is committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests, and we kindly ask that every guest respects the comfort and privacy of fellow residents and hotel associates at all times. Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or facilities during their stay, and the cost of such damage may be recovered accordingly. The hotel reserves the right to request that any guest who engages in disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behaviour vacate the premises without a refund.
